Jefferson Development Company began in 1996, building on the accomplishments of its predecessor company Jefferson Realty Co. Although the foundation of Jefferson's business was the management and further development of the projects sponsored by Jefferson Realty between 1989-1996, Jefferson Development Company has shaped an identity for the twenty-first century.
