Coles Crossing has become the flagship master planned
community in the growing
northwest corridor of Harris
County and was one of
the top five selling communities
in Houston. Coles Crossing
got its start in December
1996 on the only forested
tract of land with direct
access to U.S. Highway 290
in northwest Harris County.
This 1,215 acre community
includes over 2,700
single family homes with
state-of-the-art services, retail shops,
commercial office space,
schools, churches, community centers, recreation
centers, parks and recreation
facilities
including hike
and bike trails.
The
development is proud of the Cy-Fair ISD Sampson
Elementary School located in the heart of the community.
Homesites in Coles Crossing are heavily wooded with
pines and a variety of hardwood trees with an emphasis
on preserving the natural beauty. Homes range
from a diverse group of carefully selected builders
with prices beginning in the $130,000's to the $700,000's
and up in the gated community with one-half acre and
larger lots.
