Coles Crossing South is a 96-acre mixed-use development
at U.S. Highway 290 and Barker
Cypress Road in Northwest
Harris County. Conceptual plans of a grocery
anchored neighborhood shopping
center encompassing 145,000
square feet of retail space have already taken
shape and now include a Randall’s Food Store
and Gas Station, Klein Bank,
Primrose Child Care Center and a host of other retail
and service establishments.
The project also includes
370 luxury apartments, 25 acres for retail/commercial
uses, eight acres for office and service space and
numerous pad
sites for restaurants, freestanding
retailers and other uses.
Commercial
development at Coles Crossing South
features an upscale appearance with
building materials
such as brick, stucco and slate.
All architecture and landscaping
is carefully controlled so that the project
will
complement
the wooded environment and the single-family
residential community to the north.
