The largest Marina in New England, in receivership due to the failure of its insurance company owner, was a prime investment opportunity in 1994. With partners in Dallas and Boston, Jefferson Realty participated in the purchase and refurbishment of the facility near Quincy, Massachusetts consisting of retail and restaurant space, a 685 slip marina and its supporting businesses. back to top
